We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand things don’t always go as planned. Please review our exchange and return guidelines below.
⏳ Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items requested for return outside of this window will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, we kindly ask you to:
- Start a return for the item you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, return the item following the provided instructions.
- After the return is confirmed, place a new order for your desired item.
📦 Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be included.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

🚫 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request within 14 days and upload a clear photo. We'll review and make it right.
💸 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
